Update From The Revenue House:…

Today Wednesday, August 28,2024. The Executive Director Direct Assessment AiRS, Mr. Ben Anierobi Okafor was at the Authority 91.9 FM Nnewi. The purpose was part of the ongoing sensitization on the Anambra State Property and Land Use Charge otherwise known as APLUC.

Mr. Okafor explained everything about APLUC and its application to relevant revenue laws. He stated that the property owners in the State are the ones eligible for APLUC revenue payment which according to him comes with a relief rate.

Also present at the radio outing was the State Cordinator APLUC and Head, Capital Gains Tax-AiRS, Mr Emeka Anyaneto.
