This is a friendly reminder from the Anambra State Internal Revenue Service (AIRS) that the deadline for filing your Annual Income Tax Returns is TODAY.
Under Section 13 of the Nigeria Tax Administration Act, 2025, every taxable individual—whether or not tax is payable—is required to file an annual return of income without notice or demand.
Your submission must include:

✔️ Details of income from all sources
✔️ Applicable personal reliefs
✔️ Tax computation
✔️ Evidence of payment (if applicable)

Failure to comply or submitting incorrect/incomplete returns will attract:
🔴 ₦100,000 penalty for the first month
🔴 ₦50,000 for each additional month of default
